The program in my opinion has processer written all over. Cheap plentiful supply of milk subsidized by the government.
So
when is milk going to be cheap?
$5 drop between Oct and Dec. and going for $6. Whats butter doing? Where are exports headed. How long before exporters start importing? What happens when Europes quota ends? Cull price should be good for awhile to keep supply close to demand.
