Adams, MN | On the phones we use, there is a jack that we connect to the included external antenna . Cell companies say that the bars really don't mean much, as long as you have some signal. For example, we use a booster/repeater in our office building. Without it, there are no bars and you cannot make or receive any calls. With it, you may have only one bar, or up to four, either way you can make and receive calls with no problem. Some boosters/repeaters claim to boost cell phone reception up to 50 miles from the cell tower, reducing dropped calls and enhancing both voice and data transmissions. They make these for vehicles as well as for buildings. | |
