Don't know how much "cheaper" they are at sale barn but I would give extra just to get them off the farm before I deal with sick salebarn calves. Inter force 3 is what I would give and maybe just some straight penicillin. We also feed some Watkins electrolytes for the first week. Jmo hopefully some of big calf feeders here got some advise for you.
