Back when MN had Bovine TB restrictions I remember having to sign an affidavit when dropping cattle off at the Iowa salesbarn stating that the cattle had been on my premises for at least 30 days or something like that. I imagine that only applied to MN while we were under quarantine, though.

Maybe that's what Gary was thinking of?
