Some folks will strip it and not turn to all of it. Those bales will sometimes start turning black if they lay there long and the blacker they turn the better they clean them up. Dont ask me why. I was thinking the other day that the V rakes that we have now would work well with those balers because haveing the windrow right was the key to making good bales. You wanted wide windrows so when it went up the conveyor it would fill the chamber evenly and make a good bale.
