Subject: Local JD dealer not up to par

I read the posts down below about JD having good service and parts. Well, my local JD dealer is going backwards. Went there this week and they didn't have any Hyd. oil, only in 4 L jugs. This dealer has a network of 3 stores and none had any in stock. You figure someone would have noticed the stock going low. It's not the first time that happened by the way. Oh, and they finally upgraded their billing system when their computer went on the fritz. They now have what's called a pen and a paper, with no intention of getting the computer back online. It's too bad, they have some good people working there, but if this keeps up people will go elsewhere. I know that a bigger JD dealership from the Quebec side has got it's sights set on taking over the territory of eastern ontario. I won't mention any names, but most that read this from this area know who the above mentioned dealer is. Sorry, had to get that off my chest. I like JD, but if the service is no good, I'll go elsewhere.
