Dix (Boyd), IL | I tried to order an auxiliary resume switch this week for my new JD Auto track Universal. It seems that the resume switch on the unit is difficult to use (hard to locate and press the button and having to reach through or around the steering wheel.) However, Deere has none in stock in the midwest and it's on back-order till JULY. Any ideas as to how to wire one myself? I have an empty slot in my armrest (JD 8200) for a toggle switch. Can I get a generic momentary contact switch and tap into the ATU harness somewhere or the right connectors to Tee into the ATU's 9-pin round connector (would need to know the pin-out for this connector). Any thoughts? | |
