Hydraulic down pressure on the fertilizer openers. We are in Va and trying to get the liquid N 2 inches below the seed in no till was a joke until we installed the cylinders. Now we can do 3 over and 2 below consistently in every field. I had custom cylinders made to fit the single disk openers for a John Deere planter.
