| Makes you wonder what the end game will be? I know profit is a driving factor, but our local dealer doesn't bill me for phone time when talking to parts, service, and sales. My local dealer makes disk copies of the parts books available at no cost to customers.....saves alot of phone time with the parts dept. when you just ask for a part number. It doesn't take alot of effort to hand a customer a disk copy of a manual. | |
