Macoupin County IL | My retired guy will start his 18th year with me this fall.
He works spring and fall as long as I don't go past June 1 or dec 1 he has boys out camp in the summer and Florida in the winter.
He worked for me after he early retired from teaching and he need a few more quarters to be eligible for SS.
We don't ask him to do much but seat time anymore and are careful to not make the days real long every day. He will do anything but at this point I'm trying to stretch his desire to keep helping.
It will be a sad day when he decides to retire the second time | |
