Southern Ab | My wife and I are thinking we would like to visit Australia. Actually I saw an ad for Viking River Cruises and asked her if she would like to cruise Europe. She says "Yes or maybe even Australia". After 35 years of marriage I can take a hint...Australia it is. So my question is would you book a tour or just airfare and wing it once you got there? I would like to book a ten day tour then rent a car and extend the stay for another couple weeks. Does that seem reasonable? My idea of travel is to head to the States for a week or two. To get on a plane and cross the pond will be a pretty big deal. | |
