paul the original - 8/29/2014 20:17 Gawd that there is humorous. Stamped steel not cast, not old or antique, buy it now for $90? A plow head? (We farmers might call it a cultivator sweep....) heck they call it used, it appears new to me? Paul Paul, I've learned that in other areas the same parts or implements are called way different things. I do a lot of business with Roll A Cone in Texas. Love those people. They call most of there soil engaging tools a "plow". Took me a while when first doing business with them to get the terms right. But now I am pretty comfortable talking to Dan or Justin using their terminology. Kinda like when I grew a few acres of corn in 2009. It was so odd for me to actually say I was "shelling corn". But now I can say that I once shelled corn, which so very few locals can say. d:-) |
