does anybody have a simple seat/chair designed for target shooting?

I want to make something that isn't to heavy so that it can be carried from 50 to 100 yards or so.  Something that would allow a shooter to have a rest for the rifle while sitting.

I have a friend that spends some of his time in a wheel chair and is losing his ability to walk, he's down to 130 pounds (about 5'11") and he doesn't have a lot of upper body strength.  He'd like to shoot some targets and if we get together this weekend I'd like to have something ready for him to sit in that helped hold the rifle.

I looked through a lot of pictures but most of the stuff is too heavy and permanent.  I as envisioning something like a high school class room chair and using the writing area with some blocks to hold the rifle.
