NE Iowa ( Ossian ) | Our church took one old couch and put it in a members front yard with a note of ransom to remove it the next night for 25 bucks and they tell you who to give it to next. Project went crazy we were using 4 couches to try and keep up. We even sold insurance policy that you would not have to pay if it showed up in your yard. We made over $4500 in a very short time with only a little labor, sometimes the folks would even deliver it for us. Great project and lots of fun. On Thanksgiving we host family of over forty family members in our house. Guess who had all four couches in the front yard, we had a lot to explain. | |
