southern MN | I frequent an Internet forum that has such come up pretty often.
Those that have no farm or business experience ask about the wonders of such arrangements.
Those who have been around the block and or tried such deals talk about how awful they are. As one would expect.
Reading the ad, I'm not even sure what is being preposed there. It is all over the map. It would appear the town daughter wants to hang onto the farm, make a bazzilion dollars off someone else organically farming it, direct how the farming should be done, and come visit and frolic every few weeks in the fields?
Or do I misunderstand?
