Sunnyvale, CA | the GPS signal goes into P4 on the 59872 cable. that is the port that the NAVII controller would plug into and supply GPS to the FMD display. I have designed a cable to get the NMEA GPS from the EZ-Guide 500 or EZ-Guide Plus to the P4 12-pin Deutsch on 59872. The pinout needed to make this cable which consists of a DE-9(F) going to the EZ-Guide 500 to P4 the 12 pin Deutsch is as follows:
P4 pin3 to DE-9(F) pin 2
P4 pin 2 to DE-9(F) pin 5
