Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80 | I was just in Hoxie, KS; a week ago, last Tuesday. That road #23 is closed, when I got there. (it goes North from Hoxie) The company, I went to, called me on my cell phone, and told me to come in on Hwy 24, from the East. (They wanted to know, what time, I would arrive) Just thought, I would mention that this road , 23, may still be closed.
