Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | Good chance the Panasonic help people don't know anything about your machine, any more than the other 100+ models they try to troubleshoot every day. If the fix is not in the troubleshoot guide they bring up on their computer screen, they will have no idea.
You might do better just searching Google with the brand and model plus a word or two of what the trouble is.
Somewhere out there someone else had the same trouble is asking and someone else posted the fix. May be on a site or you tube, but I bet it's out there.
