Cup 4 Cup. Substitute for flour. Two friends of the wife use and like it. Wife took a whirl wind course of GF shopping. Our son's boss was told he was intolerant just as they left on harvest. She shopped for products and sent them west for him to try. For some people it is like a nut allergy.
