It is helpful to have several ideas to solve a problem.

I find that is true in farm equipment also.

I find it is helpful to talk to several people both in service and in sales.

Sometimes you have to just close your eyes and buy something to become a customer of a different store.

Once you become a customer they will try to keep you coming back.

Probably not a good idea to openly play the two stores against each other.

You may need to go back to the first store sometime.
