Dad and mom used her 3-4yrs ago. I was along to a few meetings. I think she got everything how they wanted it, but I don't know if it was the best way or not. Looks like greygoose wasn't happy. It was in the upper teens for cost I do know. At the time we were invited to a yearly meeting to keep up on things, it is put on for all clients. I don't thinks any of us has been to one though. Good luck. Big decisions.
