I have been there done that. I prefer to believe in Karma, or "what goes around comes around". I have been(I thought)on the short end of the stick a few times, and then the tables turn and it evens out. It's just not perfectly even every week.
If it's the same folks over and over, and they are just users, then you need to tell them that enough is enough.
I remember reading Ann Landers years ago, "No one can take advantage of you without your permission."
I need some words of encouragement, this has not been one of my better weeks
