One thing to remember though is you have no proof that they are recording.  Then too why aren't people as crazy about cell phones.  How do you know the person with the cell is really talking to somebody or recording you?

I would believe that if I'm in public and looking silly it's only the number of people that see me and think I'm nuts that changes.  It's really a  matter of numbers.  Do 10 or 20 people see you or do 10,000 see you?  When people are at sporting events and on the jumbotron everybody see's them or when the TV camera scans the stands, same thing.

I'm just perplexed by a society that posts so much on things such as facebook or twitter and then gets upset if they think somebody is videoing them.
