About a month or so ago, don't know the exact day, I decided $12 beans in 15 looked good to me. So I am taking another 80 out of yellow corn and planting more beans, based on that I sold 1/3 of my expected production. I guess we will see what happens. sold some white corn for spring of 16 also. Gonna plant more white corn, some more alfalfa and cut my yellow corn down to the bones. I planted some white on white this year, will see what happens, if it turns out okay my yellow corn will go down even more. Continuous yellow is nothing but trouble and expensive, so why bother with this luscious carrot we have been presented. Alfalfa is still $90 a ton standing in the field, wish I had planted more this year, seems that I always say that.
