NECIL | The carnival operators didn't even bother showing up a couple of years ago at our small town Jr fair. They ended up renting some blowup stuff and we already have the Luthern food tent and bingo tents in the community. It was a really good fair with the riff raff carnies that that carnival operator brought in. It sure isn't like it use to be. I remember it being super crowded up town during the fair and the hog barn spilling over with animals but it's seems people and animals are less and less these days than they use to be. We go in for a wrist band night and that's it with our kids. | |
