Subject: RE: Landlord e-mail

no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!!
lets see, the land lords taxes went up. the liability of owning land went up. the average profits(notice i said average) for the last three years was up. land prices went up, the u.s. collar is worth less, and you expect them to lower the rent to you? why dont you tell them you will pay them the same rate and then you absorb the inflation of the dollar, after you figure that in you will be begging the landlord to go back to the offer they first gave. Go buy 20 million worth of land and see how it works to use rental rates from the past to make your return on investment work. times are changing, you better figure out how to keep up or get out of the way.
