From my experience get rid of the high priced low producing ground right away
Making more sense now, you sold out in the 80's and wanting others to do the same now. Please show me a time frame where getting rid of land was a good decision 10 years later.
I guess I took it as rented ground, theres some crap being rented at high dollars
being proactive during this down trend
