I get it, you've had to watch all your neighbors get extremely wealthy over the past 6 years and now you hope they go broke. Hate to tell you this but their farms wont be for sale because corn hits 3 dollars, they will find a way to make money and be prepared for the next run up, and when it comes they will probably buy you out.
