Maybe a little perspective is in order... Let's give them the 1.801 B number for 14/15, and their 13.335 B usage. That gets you 13.5% ending stocks/use ratio.
The 20-year average ending stocks/use ratio is about 14.8%. Is this actually a burdensome carryout? How about the 55-65% carryouts of the mid-1980s?
