Built mine 4 years ago $110 but I saved a lot by taking extra draws on construction loan getting guys paid and kept them around because they knew as long as it was done right payment was in their hand. Started house May 4 digging basement moved in september 19. Only thing I would do different was run away from pella windows. They SUCK.
