Hey Mark, where does a $1 market put these cows I can add 200-250 pounds to? I need to learn more about packing percentages/cutout or whatever its called. But does that put my 750 or 800 lb cow I can bring back at 1000 in the ballpark of 0.75 cents if a good cow is $1-1.05???

I averaged $425 over all the cows I bought last year. Basically 700*0.60.......Maybe be at 700*0.75 this year? I never got most of these to 1000 lbs (small frame). But the market was pretty forgiving of that this time.
