south west Indiana | I know i may sound like a idiot but just exploring all options. Can anyone tell me how many acres of silage it would take to feed 200 head cattle from 300 to 1300lb this would be very heavy silage this ground will produce 220 to250bushle corn planted at 35000 pop. Just not alot of silage done in my area. Wanting to get back in cattle but want to feed with as few acres as possible. I do have a chance to buy a silage chopper and three wagons from a guy all is in good shape. | |
