Drilling would be best but for 3 acres idk if I'd hookup and mess with the drill....

Broadcasting you gotta run more lbs of each so prefer drilling so for 3 acres if you gotta buy a full bag of something you might just put it on a little heavy.

Maybe a old panel or harrow you could drag around to toss a little soil over the seeding??

You might see what the local coop and feed stores have in stock as for a few bags shipping for anywhere it gonna drive the price up.

Wheat and/oats would work also.

Tsc or orchlens would have cleaned bagged feed oats you could mix in. Get two bags of that?

A bag of left over soybean seed? Just hard to get a creative mix on 3acres that doesn't become cost probibbitaive.
