Varies. I know 7-8 different operations with this style of barn.
They bed 1-2x a week with a bale processor, putting on only enough to keep the bed pack firm (about 1.2 bales/hd space/year).
Some clean out behind the bunk once a week and leave the bed pack alone, others clean the entire building once every 5-6 weeks but not in between.
