bump the 252 to 3.57, and upgrade the 600 to the latest set. I don't know which software you're referring to when you say "16.0"; the Pro 600 runs several software applications together. So I'd start with upgrading everything to the latest and greatest, and see if that improves things. Your dealer can do all the updates.
