Stan, what Dave and Debbie were picking was Jewell, probably the best berry we grow. We also grow Honeoye and cavendish which are both good berries but not as nice as Jewell.
We plant in the spring on bare dirt and don't pick until the following year. We pick a patch three years then rotate out for five years.
