Subject: All I'm saying is that 3 weeks later.. probably won't yield as much.

Tara is bringing data to the fight that maybe we're further along then I expected.. I saw 91% planted yesterday.. then noticed today that was LAST year.. (whoops..) 95% this year.. hmmph.. okay.. well.. guess it's only me that's behind.. but still 5% of 81 myn is still 4 myn acres..  2012 was a good year.. although it did take a little water to get it done.  Water that we still have to pay back through next year.. fortunately it's raining now.

"whew."

"always something."

It's pretty amazing how resilient the US Ag production engine is.. we were able to fill the gap in 2012.. a very good Double Crop year for us.. as we were in early.. and yal dog got the heat units.. This year.. not so much but other area's are gonna pick up the slack.. but it's not ALL gonna be ubber Wonderful.. (the point of this post..)

Even a drought offers some advantages.. like a longer growing season.
