with the heat and humidity we have had the last week or so it will bring out the problems and the parasites for those grazing. Pnemonia most likely and it can kill them fast. Take temps. They need antibiotics like Nuflor and supportive care if not eating, electrolytes maybe banamine to help them feel better. If they are inside make sure bedding is clean and dry. If outside make sure they have clean water and shade.

Most of the time treating water does not work real well because they stop drinking as much as they normally would.
