I of course visited both sites before posting and there is no such information, you may want to add it for prospective buyers.
By the way, my post probably sounded negative, but I encourage all initiatives about rotational grazing, I just had a "beef" with you mentioning prices and no information instead of just a link to the site.
Hey I even visited your web site about the pasture-raised Aubrac cows. Yeah Aubracs! I once personally knew an Aubrac bull who went to Paris for the Agriculture Salon and was featured on French national TV. A friend of mine is veterinarian and married a livestock farmer in Laguiole, Aubrac. I couldn't find a picture of this bull, but here's what this year's best candidate looks like:
