Any reason to believe that the brother had undue influence on writing or changing the will? Have seen that a few times where an unscrupulous child has done will changes while the older generation was not of sound mind. Even if this is the case, carfully weight the option of doing something because most of your F-I-L's estate will end up in lawyers hands. If this was not the case, just remember the fathers memory and wishes like everyone else has mentioned.
