I had a bulging disc at the L-4 in 2001. Had an outpatient procedure done in the morning, walked out right after lunchtime. I felt 200% better when I walked out of the Surgery Center. Had it done in Lincoln, NE. I was in severe pain, I remember going to sleep and no pain after the surgery. Good luck!
