Near-north Ontario, French River | It's not often I find a 'favorite' hat but when I do I try to keep it as long as possible. To clean them I just hand wash them, using dawn soap. Lather it up real good then rinse under the tap, sometimes takes quite a while to rinse all the soap out. I then "spin dry" it by holding the hat by the adjusting strap, and swing it around a few times to remove the majority of the water. Hang it outside or place it over the heat duct ( in the winter) and it will be dry by the end of the day. |
