Many years ago I pulled lots of loads into walmart distribution centers all over the east coast. In my opinion 99 percent of the drivers working for them were the top of the class compared to other companies. I don't believe walmart dispatched this driver where he couldn't get his 10 hours off duty, but new jersey will make an example of him .
