If the close neighbors are farmers, they should get some free fertilizer this fall. Did the guy who filed the complaint live close by?

The guy in the article lives a mile west of where the manure is being stored. There is an acreage probably 1/8 - 1/4 mile just north of where this is at as well.
The manure pile is actually just a bit over 2 miles east of town, not 5 as previously stated.
