SE Wisconsin | I can't even imagine what the beef will taste like on that cream color guy in the last picture... Making my mouth water just think about it!
That's the kind of cattle we need right there, feed them til they're FINISHED, and boy that guy is finished. The marble in the steaks of that steer is going to be outstanding I would think. Looks like he didn't need another day on feed, but probably wasn't ready to go 2 days ago. Feeding cattle to finish is a true art, and it looks like you have mastered that!
Looks like those probably pushed 1400-1500 lbs live? I feel beef steers need to be 1400 when sent in.. Most of our Holsteins weigh 1600-1750..
