OH
NW ohio, this is actually a "creek bottom" that is a tributary off of a decent size river. The water does come out once or twice a year, not always during the summer. Was thinking about making the highground area able to wire off and throw a bale or two if water comes out since it is only a mile down the road. The deer around here seem to hang around the river.. havent seen many down here but that is a concern of mine. If I use anything other than metal posts, are they more fragile to deer running? Never used anything but metal or wood. Also, it is near impossible to trail to and from pasture in this area.. busy roads and valuable crops everywhere. Would be nice though. Thanks for all the input.
