Question for troy: we had some wiring connection problems in harsh ag. environment, corrosion in connectors, so we cured the problem by soldering the wires, then coat with a red Permatex brand silicone. Friend of mine claims the silicone will leak a very small amount of electricity. Also use in RC wiring at the 4.8 and 9.6 volts level. Does the silicone leak electricity? TIA
