If you check with the Des Moines county Extension office, or at the Des Moines county courthouse Assessor's or Recorder's office (Can't remember which), you should be able to buy one. Courthouse is in Burlington, Extension office used to be, it might be in Mediapolis now, I haven't kept close track. I have a Des Moines county plat book, I'll have to check it to see if there is any indication on it of where I bought it at.
