I drilled a 1/8" hole through a plate on the house.  I wanted to run a telephone wire in from outside.  I drilled it at an angle so it came out below the siding.  However when I got the better cable it won't fit through the hole.  I need to make the hole slightly larger.

I can't use a regular short bit as it won't reach.  The bit I originally used was about 12" long.  I don't want to use my 3/8" bit and have a big hole to fill.  I can't get at the bottom hole from inside or outside as out side is too close to the ground and inside is below everything.

Because the holes are so far apart I can't egg them out with the long 1/8" bit.
