West Central Ohio | Gabapentin (Neurontin) is a great medication that works on the same receptor (Gaba) as Lyrica (Pregabalin). Its MUCH cheaper also. Take it before you go to sleep at night. It will also work as a sleep aid and not make you as drowsy during the day. My full time job is a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) at a major teacher hospital. I would stay away from the Neuracel (its a nutraceutical, so its not FDA approved nor have their been any "REAL" studies on it). Generic multi vitamins are also good if you need the B vitamins. The REAL question, is why do you have neuropathy? Diabetic?
